? Marketing Specialist
Position Responsibilities:
Write, proof and edit copy for print and online communications
help develop online marketing strategy
Research of the university market to gain access to ambitious Chinese students on campus;
Organize regular seminars/workshops at campus for Chinese students with offer-holders or professionals;
Support new product announcements
Help establish and maintain processes regarding collateral development and approval
Assist with market research
Position Qualifications:
Major in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or related field
Excellent writer in Chinese
Keen organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Able to manage multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
Work well under pressure and comfortable dealing with shifting priorities
Ability to work with diverse personality styles and roles, from sales to engineering to client services and creative teams
Able to work independently with minimal daily oversight
Position Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience + Annual bonus + 401K

Position Responsibilities:
Conduct client needs assessment, answer client questions, and recommend relevant products.
Arrange career development consultation for clients, maintain client database
Follow up on clients sessions, conduct client study and maintain relationships with clients
Give feedback to the management of the needs of potential clients;
Assist marketing events to achieve sales goal
Position Qualifications:
Determined, focused and results driven, able to work under pressure
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong team player, patient to clients
Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
Able to quickly adapt to fast-paced startup culture
Excellent interpersonal communication, persuasion skills and strong articulation skills
Sales experience is plus
Position Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience + Commission + 401K
