Test Engineer is a frequently reoccurring open position within M&P. As a system tester you will carry out performance, calibration and software tests on our systems before they leave our factories. If specifications are not met, you have to analyze the test results to work out why. You’ll be expected to solve minor issues yourself, more complicated problems are communicated to the relevant support team who will develop an action plan. 
You will have to carry out performance, calibration and software testing on ASML systems before shipping to customers. You need to analyze test results to determine the root cause and scale of any problems and solve minor issues directly. In addition, you will escalate issues to relevant support team and implement an action plan. This means that you will participate in team and department improvement plans to decrease cycle times and optimize ways of working. This role is performed in shifts, with three shifts providing 24/7 coverage.

Education and Experience:

• MBO with 1 to  years of relevant working experience (electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or software engineering).
• HBO in a technical subject.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proactive, creative, team player and motivational ability.
