A leading real estate development company is looking for talents in Bay Area. The Company is a China-based and Hongkong public traded real estate developer, specializing in advanced green building technology along with commercial and luxury residential real estate.

Positions:

Project Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

Assessing site selection, fundamental entitlement and project design, and cost feasibility.

Creating and maintaining an ongoing understanding of pre-development and development project budgets, pro forma, and financial underwriting.

Engaging and managing project designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants and ensuring compliance with each of the various contracts and engagements from feasibility through the entire development process.

Qualifications:

1.Degree/diploma in Related Majors

2. An understanding of local real estate development process

3.2+years relevant experience is strongly desirable: experience in development project management and demonstrate an understanding of financial models, underwriting concepts for debt and equity, bank draws, permitting process, construction operations and schedules and apartment operations

4.Bilingual in Mandarin & English is preferred, oral and written
