Education Counselor

Position Responsibilities:

Provide training for mentors and match students with mentors based on their majors, career goal and dream position

Evaluate each mentor and student, keep record of the process of the coaching program, and report to students and parents frequently

Assist mentor to provide career development plan with career goals and assessments, motivate student and follow up with the coaching progress.

Assist mentor to draft coaching syllabus and curriculum system.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in Science, Management, Business, Marketing, Communication or Education, GPA 3.0 or above.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, strong interpersonal skills.

Strong information collection, summary and comprehension skills

Quick learner, good at project management and time management, can handle multiple projects at the same time

Responsible and patient with students, ability to work under pressure

Experience with student, education organization preferred

Position Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience + Annual bonus + 401K
