A fast growing real estate investment group is looking for a creative and motivated marketing assistant experienced in both Chinese and English marketing. Must be friendly and have a "customer service" can do attitude, and be able to keep track of details without reminders. The right candidate is able to to drive social content marketing strategies for our services and products.

Position Requirement:

• Great client relationship skills – must be a people person

• Proficient in English & Chinese, versed in Chinese and English speaking, writing and presentation

• An understanding of traditional and new media, drive social content marketing strategies for our serivces and products

• Well-organized and self-motivated, detail-oriented

• Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic understanding of real estate investment and finance preferred, but not required

Position Duties:

• Create and develop media content (blog posts, wechat platform, facebook post, marketing emails, etc.)

• Prepare/Polish/Translate scripts on bilingual website

• Prepare presentation and seminar files for investment projects

• Answer and follow up questions from customers inquiry

Experience, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-2 years administrative or marketing sales experience in real estate preferred but not required
