The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role as a member of the Live Operations team at MZ! Candidates should be dependable self-starters and creative problem solvers with the ability to multi-task during times of high stress. You will be responsible for supporting the needs of the LiveOps Team and assisting with many different projects and tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data entry to organize tasks, as needed

Maintain, update, and organize databases

Document team processes

Coordinate projects for the Live Operations team

Prepare and drive promotions for our aggressive update schedule

Assist members of our team with day-to-day production duties

Assist scoping, scheduling and driving internal and external localization efforts

Drive cross-team communication with other departments

Responsible for keeping documentation, wiki’s, and Jira organized

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree

Working knowledge of Jira and/or other project tracking tools desired

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Loves playing games

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, creative environment
