Job Description

Customer Care Specialist provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers .Customer Care Specialist work closely with the Technical Department to ensure the highest standards of service are met for all of ONAGOfly’ customers. The Customer Care Specialist respond to inquiries via telephone, live chat and email, ensuring clear, friendly, professional and timely replies to all questions. The Customer Care Specialist reports to the Manager of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and live chat
  • Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s issue and recommend valid solutions
  • Provide troubleshooting information to our customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Marketing Manager or Product Manager.
  • Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
  • Guide potential customers toward the right hardware/software solution
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research.

Qualifications

Job Benefits

  • Good telephone communication skills and customer interface ability
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Over 1 year Customer care experience with an emphasis on consumer electronics.
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Passionate about consumer electronics.
  • A desire to work
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus
