Responsibilities

+ Technical support for customers, 

+ Configure routing, VPN for remote networks, 

+ Drafting technical papers, such as application note 

Requirements

+ Master Degree Candidate majored in CS, EE, or Network Engineering, 

+ Good Knowledge on IP Networks, especially routing, firewall, data security, 

+ Strong technical writing skill and interpersonal communication skill, 

+ Bilingual (Chinese, Spanish) will be a strong plus
