Global Wealth Management Operations provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. Our services are tailored to each client's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Private Banking Operations-Tailored Lending Ops Specialist-Director
The Supervisor within High Net worth Lending Operations - Tailored Lending is responsible for day to day supervisory oversight of production staff as well as providing operational support for Tailored Lending Loan Account requests. The Supervisor is part of a team of analysts, associates and specialists with responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Review Supervisory risk reports
Participate in various testing initiatives and projects
Updating and maintaining department metrics
Periodic updates of policies and procedures
Escalation of issues to management
Loan Booking and Maintenance review and approvals
Disbursement/Payment review and approval
Manage day to day staffing needs
Review / Approve hours
Assist in tracking staff vacation schedules
Assist in handling Business Unit or Branch escalations
Assisting in interviewing potential candidates (both Temp and FTE)
Assisting in training of newly on boarded employees
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required:
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing staff
Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive change and improve efficiencies on the team
Self-motivated and willing to assume responsibility
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills
Skills Desired:
Good knowledge of lending products, experience with LoanIQ a plus
Clear understanding of banking rules and regulations
