Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Lead complex data analyses and reporting functions for assigned area in order to assist management in the successful analysis and achievement of goals.
  • Serve as key point of contact and technical expert for system related questions and issues (e.g. system access, navigation, etc.)
  • Accountable for data integrity in systems by regularly maintaining internal database files and tables.
  • Provide recommendations to managers to meet reporting requirements.
  • Actively participate in a project management or team capacity during the implementation phase of PeopleSoft HR systems.
  • Streamline processes that enhance operational efficiencies of HR systems? User groups.
  • Automate processes where possible. Formulate, recommend and implement improvements/enhancements to new and existing HR applications, reports, business processes, etc.
  • Consult with key user groups such as Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and IT to understand business needs, define and document detailed business user requirements that drive tool, policy and process selection/definition and implementation.
  • Provide training on more complex functionality to new and existing users as well as support of users after go-live. Ensure systems are compliant with Company system security standards and that security controls are in place.
