Position Description:
This position collaborates with Radius Travel`s global data team and other domain experts to gain an understanding of business needs and to develop solution requirements. it also participates in requirement development activities from concept initialization and data analytics through finalized, detailed requirement documents by working with a multidisciplinary team of developers, product managers and global account managers on a wide range of data related topics. this position also requires providing project support to the software development, information technology team throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, validate, formulate and document business, functional and technical requirements.
- liaise among business stakeholders to create and communicate business functional and technical requirements. Conduct requirement walkthroughs and manage the requirements change control process.
- Business process model using work flow diagrams
- Identify and bring visibility to non-audit data that can act as a proxy to quality audits, allowing quality problems to be discovered
- Knowledge of business intelligence reporting tools to drive effective analysis and reporting of data quality trends
- Work closely with information technology and global account manage`s teams across the global to define key quality metrics, solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
- Conceptualize design and support data pipelines that supply data quality and validity monitoring dashboards and adhoc reporting
- Predict and understand patterns through metric and statistical analysis to determine the completeness of the data
- Conduct and hoc data analysis based on current team needs
