【内推】Re-Teck - operation associate
THE JOB
- Receiving and processing returned orders: open and review contents of all packages, determine if bras qualify for refund and whether they can go back into stock
- Restoring shape and form to our Memory Foam cup bras by use of a blow dryer to apply heat
- Tag and repackage product as needed
- Packing bras and panties to be sent back to our fulfillment center
- Packing and shipping bras and panties to partners
- Breakdown and recycle boxes
- Maintaining Showroom inventory: keep products organized by size, maintain overall appearance and neatness of showroom
- Support Customer Service, Creative, and Marketing with assistance on special projects as needed
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years retail or warehouse operations experience, including backroom, receiving, and re-stocking
- Apparel retail preferred, but not required
- Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Must be able to operate a computer
- Must be able to lift boxes of up to 30lbs
