DETAILED DESCRIPTION

• Analysis and compares operating expense, production, performance, target, performance variance to prior periods.

• Performs forecasting and budget analysis

• Prepares and analysis, comparison of actuals to financials, incorporating and tracking of prior period adjustments.

• Leads weekly meetings with field operations staff and corporate engineering staff

• Creates and troubleshoots complex system allocation networks in database systems

• Analyzes complex data, identifies and corrects anomalies and variances and distributes information to other stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for system and well performance improvements

• Analysis process and procedures related to production and operations data gathering operations

• Oversees geographic production areas and partner with other departments to optimize production utilizing complex analytics and mathematical models and comparisons

• Processes, prepares and validates completion level allocated volumes by disposition from unallocated meter or measurement points for utilization by corporate groups.

• Processes and submits regulatory reports and works with governmental agencies to resolve issues

• Monitors operations reports for activity

• Collaborates on special projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree

• Typically requires 3 years of experience in regulatory / production / accounting

• OR High School Diploma or equivalent + 6 years of experience in regulatory / production / accounting.

• Experience in Oracle based systems (P2 in particular) a definite plus

• Experience in State and MMS volumetric regulatory reporting a definite plus
