EverFi is seeking an exceptional person for the position of Operations Analyst, located in Washington, D.C. This person is a proactive team player and is comfortable working at a fast pace.

As an Operations Analyst, you will…

• Support our Operations Team by collaborating with Schools Implementation, Sales, and Marketing group on projects
• Spend the majority of your time supporting the CRM Administrator with object creation and manipulation in Salesforce and our user platform.
• Work with our Communications team to organize contacts for outreach campaigns.
• Research schools within specific regions and provide Sales Leaders with individualized school reports for potential sponsors.
• Reconcile data between across platforms to ensure proper activity tracking for our schools across North America.
• Manage a small team of interns to complete task requests from our DC office staff as well as Schools Managers based in the field.
