Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years’ experience in an office or facilities manager/Executive assistant role with startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once; Exceptional time management skills and accountability in the role
* Great communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities and minimal oversight
* Detailed and result oriented; Able to work occasional extended hours and on-call weekends
* Strong MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Google email/calendar/doc skills
* BA degree with accounting, finance or related fields is a plus
* Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker is must
