With your technical expertise you manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables. You design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
Our team is looking for Mac-savvy Software Engineers. We want to make Chrome the best browser for Mac OS X users! We work on Chrome's user-facing features across Android, Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Linux, and Chrome OS. We are particularly interested in engineers with experience in Mac OS development.
As a Software Engineer on the Mac OS X team, you are interested in improving Chrome’s user interface, performance, and stability, leveraging the latest technologies to build an integrated Mac experience.
Responsibilities
- Produce repeatable and predictable delivery of features with high quality.
- Ensure code is written to quality standards, has sufficient test coverage, and adheres to design requirements
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with desktop Mac OS application development.
- Coding experience in software projects with C++ and/or Objective C.
Preferred qualifications
- MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Open Source development experience.
- Development experience with Cocoa, AppKit, Foundation, CoreEverything, or MVC.
