Some of the things you'll be doing include …
- Use Eloqua to execute advanced programs that accelerate revenue opportunities through the sales and marketing funnels
- Understand end to end programming with the ability to test and troubleshoot issues
- Help campaign managers segment and leverage databases for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with the campaign managers and programs teams to gather assets needed to run automated processes
- Manage execution across multiple programs at once
- Clearly communicate requirements and capabilities to other teams with a strong focus on internal customer satisfaction and external customer experience
- Provide recommendations to marketing team members based on data analysis, as a key input into ongoing marketing plans and campaigns
- Monitor lead flow, conversion, and follow-up
Who you are…
- Experienced. 2+ years of experience within a marketing team working for fast-growing, lead-generation oriented B2B company preferably in a high tech, enterprise selling environment
- Technically Savvy. Deep technical knowledge of marketing operations, automation, data flows, and campaign execution as well as best practices for sales and marketing processes
- Results-oriented. Understanding & experience with lead management and demand generation with focus on impact/revenue
- Excellent Communication. Experience working with inside and fields sales. Strong project management & communication skills
- Domain. Eloqua - or other marketing automation system. Knowledge of Drupal - or other CMS system, Salesforce.com - or other CRM system, and Google Analytics - or other web analytics tools. Familiar with Tableau Software and strong HTML skills.
