Position Summary
Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that includes managing social media platforms, public relations, and creating brand awareness.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other departments to develop campaign strategies, ideas and effective content for marketing and social media initiatives.
• Research and network with relevant companies, influencers, and users to open direct communication lines.
• Based on data/analytics, gain insights into customer pain points, wants, needs, etc.
• Develop press and communications materials targeting external audiences.
• Maintain brand integrity across service lines, advertising, and all external communications.
• Manage Press Releases on new product launches.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Proven working experience in social media platforms
• Determined self-starter
• Experience with social Platforms; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business or Public Relations
• Experience in the Wireless/Prepaid industry highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to identify and remove obstacles and adjust workload to accommodate changing business needs
• Limited travel maybe required
