JOBDESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Immediate hire for a Full Time Leasing Administrative Assistant provides support through various administrative and real estate tasks relating to commercial/residential property management.
The Assistant will be responsible for daily management of a mixed-use property located in city of Monterey Park. Specific duties include tenant relation/communication, prepare correspondences via letter and email, coordinate for move-in/out, showing of residential units, rent collection, respond to communications on behalf of the management team and etc.
JOBQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Legal working status in US
Bachelor degree
Experience in real estate or related field preferred but not required.
Ability to organize and manage changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written skills
Self-starter
Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Ability to multi-task with strong sense for meeting deadlines
Solid follow-through skills and detail oriented
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Bilingual in Mandarin, Chinese, is preferred.
