We are looking for an energetic and passionate candidate to fill our program manager opening. We will consider new graduates in marketing and technology, and will provide in job training. We will also provide lodging in New Jersey. We will give early stocks to treat this person as founder partners. We will provide H-1 visa sponsorship if needed.

Lark-Wi is a startup in smart home and IoT area focusing on modernizing people’s daily lives. We have team members located in Seattle, New Jersey, and 4 cities in China. We are a fast paced startup and grows very fast.

Ideal candidates should put career growth and startup opportunities higher than other factors, and are willing to take risks. Responsibilities: coordinate manufacturer, supplier, channels and technical teams. Manages production schedules and logistics. Manages marketing, online and offline channels. Collect customer feedback and manages communications with customers to ensure good customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual – fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both reading, writing and speaking.

2. Background can be in marketing, computer science/engineering, or mechanical.

3. Great communication skills in both English and Chinese languages. Proficient at social networking tools, office tools.

4. Fast learner and good team player.

5. Self-sufficient and independent. Willing to relocate to New Jersey.
