Required Skills:

• Very strong Java design and development experience

• Understand and refactor C and C++ legacy code

• Strong mathematics background to include coding geospatial geometry calculations

• Strong statistics background

• Understanding of satellite communications protocols

• Problem solving as well as awareness of GOTS and FOSS software stacks are necessary.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with the RF Common Framework (REDBUS)

• Demonstrated experience using Java 8

• Experience using automated build systems

​Education: 

• Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, or mathematics.
