Requirement：
1. Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
2. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX and JSON rendering
3. Experience with responsive websites & web applications development
4. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
5. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
6. Understanding of layout aesthetics
7. Basic understanding of PHP
8. Experience with PhoneGap/Cordova and AnchorJS is a big plus
