Job Responsibilities: 

·        Develop and maintain integrity of cost accounting reports and models.

·        Develop and maintain integrity of inventory reports, models and values.

·        Monitor cycle count and other inventory related activities to ensure compliance with Corporate Inventory policies, procedures and SOx requirements.

·        Assist with the preparation of plant financial statements. Report and analyze variances daily/weekly/monthly. Complete financial analysis using plant data.

·        Assist with the annual budgeting process.

·        Assist with the monthly forecasting process.

·        Assist with year-end audit, SOx audit and other audits required by IPG corporate.

·        Assist with the annual cost uplifting process.

·        Prepare product costing, monthly profitability and waste reports and ad hoc cost analysis, as required.

·        Assumes additional related responsibilities, as required.

Essential Skills and Requirements

·        4 year graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.

·        Five or more years accounting experience in a manufacturing or logistics setting.

·        Strong understanding of how transactional data translates into overall operational performance.

·        Experience in Cost Analysis and Inventory financial controls.

Technical Competencies

·        Experience in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.

·        Experience in Shop Floor and Management Execution Systems (MES).
