RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of projects that Palantirians have identified as a top priority
- Work across teams to engage stakeholders, deeply understand problems, and gather data
- Diagnose complex problems and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations
- Relentlessly and swiftly execute on those recommendations until stakeholders are satisfied
- Take care of your teammates
- Dedicate time for reflection to continually self-improve
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS (or MA/MS) from a top university or equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience (typically more) in a role that requires rigorous financial or business analytics and/or strategic thought
- Sample (not comprehensive) backgrounds: Quantitative public policy & nonprofit, bioinformatics, investment banking, private equity, data science
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity
- Ability to grow and execute on both tactical detail and the big picture
- Not afraid of long hours; able to handle stress well and maintain a positive attitude
- Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow
