Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and housewares in the United States, is seeking a talented and sales-driven Account Manager to join our new B2B Sales Team in Brunswick. This team manages the general business and institutional customers.
Description:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high comfort in consultative phone sales. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within our successful team. Compensation includes a base salary, great benefits, competitive paid time off, and an uncapped commission plan that rewards business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop new business by engaging and enrolling prospective customers into the program via phone and email outreach
- Grow book of business by establishing and maintaining deep relationships with accounts through pre-generated leads
- Act as the key point of contact for all account purchase needs
- Provide top-tier sales and service support to all customers
- Meet/exceed sales goals
- Develop expertise in product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge
- Track all metrics and analyze performance data
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate business experience
- 1-2 years of successful sales experience in a commissioned environment (experience in online retail or e-commerce a plus!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of success
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
