Wayfair, the largest online-only retailer of home furnishings and housewares in the United States, is seeking a talented and sales-driven Account Manager to join our new B2B Sales Team in Brunswick. This team manages the general business and institutional customers.

Description:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high comfort in consultative phone sales. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within our successful team. Compensation includes a base salary, great benefits, competitive paid time off, and an uncapped commission plan that rewards business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop new business by engaging and enrolling prospective customers into the program via phone and email outreach
  • Grow book of business by establishing and maintaining deep relationships with accounts through pre-generated leads
  • Act as the key point of contact for all account purchase needs
  • Provide top-tier sales and service support to all customers
  • Meet/exceed sales goals
  • Develop expertise in product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry knowledge
  • Track all metrics and analyze performance data

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate business experience
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience in a commissioned environment (experience in online retail or e-commerce a plus!)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
