Who are we?

Ceribell is a fast growing venture-backed medical device start-up company founded by two faculty members at Stanford University. We are developing a highly innovative electroencephalography (EEG) device, which will make the diagnosis of neurological patients drastically more efficient. Our future device will save thousands of lives and benefit millions.

We are passionate to make a difference in our patients’ lives and lessen their suffering by disruptively modernizing the field of EEG neurodiagnostics.

Job summary:

We are looking for a full-time machine learning engineer to lead and develop the seizure detection algorithm. You will work closely with our founder, a leading neurologist and other many world-class neurologists to understand nuance of the current seizure detection and EEG reading by neurologists. You will have access to a large EEG database uniquely owned by Ceribell.

Qualification:

* 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and AI

* 3+ years of industry experience in pattern recognition algorithms or classification algorithms

* Advanced degree in AI or other relevant disciplines

* Can work independently with a strong entrepreneurship spirit
