Logistic Associate
Job Description:
- Directs and manages customer service, material ordering, production scheduling, warehousing, and the administration of these activities.
- Acts with internal and external customers in mind.
- Maintains budgeting responsibility for individual projects and contributes to increased awareness of and adherence to costs and efficiencies within the Logistics Division through data analysis and KPI reporting
- Maintain an excellent delivery performance and lower inventory levels as much as possible.
- Analyze data and proposes improvements to productivity/efficiency within all facets of the corporate and regional Logistics operations
- Manage documentation of the executed processes and make sure that the team is cross-trained.
Requirements:
- BS degree preferred.
- Continuous improvement/Lean Management knowledge.
- Detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects/assignments with varying deadlines, be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite (namely Excel and PowerPoint) as well as above average analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to comprehend complex statistical analysis required
- Strong Chinese/English communication, organization & delegation skills.
