The Corporate Recruiter will be supporting the organizations business objectives by sourcing, interviewing, eventuating and placing real estate and hospitality professionals to work across the US. The Corporate recruiter will become the internal staffing expert by effectively building relationships and production to grow a strong base of providers.

What you'll do and need:

•Attend daily training meetings to become a subject matter expert in the Real Estate staffing industry

•Develop a professional relationship with the recruited providers

•Track availability and submit providers to appropriate assignments

•Ensure quality customer service for providers on assignment

•Customer interface experience preferred

•Experience in hospitality preferred, real estate industry or related experience preferred

•Ability to schedule travel, calendars and meetings

•Skilled in preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and/ or presentations

•Significant experience in passive recruiting preferred

•Professional and prompt in internal and external responses

•Promotes team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.

•BA/BS degree required
