UBC Insurance Solutions consults with businesses and organizations on their employee benefits packages: medical, dental, vision, short term & long term disability, Medicare, workers compensation, and employer liability. This is all done on a B to B level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of over the phone sales experience preferred

• Must want a successful and very profitable insurance career with an established and growing firm

• Must have the ability to prospect, track leads and schedule appointments

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a very strong "get the job done" work ethic

• Extraordinary interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays!
