Responsibilities:
• Working with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description;
• Developing and maintaining recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximizing recruiting efficiency;
• Sourcing qualified individuals from different channels;
• Screening resumes and conducting 1st interviews and assessing candidates;
• Preparing interview report and evaluation report;
• Shortlisting candidates and recommending to hiring managers;
• Developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process;
• Providing hiring consultation to hiring managers;
• Preparing hiring report for management review;
• Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• At least 1to 3 years recruiting experience in MNC; experience in search firms is a plus
• Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability
• Good team work spirit;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
• Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload;
• Working independently and be patient under pressure.
