Job Description:

  Searching for a highly talented protein biochemist to be part of a well-integrated discovery group. As a member of the protein production group, he/she will play a key role in the production of all proteins and antibodies for the Research department in support of multiple drug discovery project teams and clinical development groups to drive drug candidate advancement.

The preferred candidate will have: A proven record of success in the purification and characterization of mammalian proteins, including antibodies, antibody fragments, and novel protein constructs Experience in the use of expression platforms, purification systems and analytical instruments (e.g., HEK293 transfections, AKTA, and SDS-PAGE)

Demonstrated ability and experience working in highly collaborative environment and the ability to work with others to set and meet organizational goals Demonstrated ability to enhance protein production capabilities through identification of key technology improvements, innovation or problem solving Commitment to maintaining high standards in the quality and documentation of the science Excellent communication skills Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, and typically 3+ years’ experience. Or, Master's Degree or equivalent education
