Description

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll, cash management and bank reconciliations.

• Processes weekly A/P.
• Processes biweekly payroll and expense reimbursement.
• Prepares monthly general and standard journal entries and account.
• Responsible for Invoice reconciliation.
• Enters cash deposits with accuracy.
• Maintains monthly deposit log.
• Assists with month end closing and reporting.
• Effectively performs other duties and projects as assigned by the Controller and/or Staff Accountant.
• Interacts with vendors and managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual Preferred- Fluent in Chinese and English 
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Familiary with payroll software required
• Familiar with Quickbooks or SAGE software preferred
• Word experience required
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
